Wish you were closer, such a huge loss for Holiday area. The replacement doctor and staff can't hold a candle to you. Such a DRASTIC difference, time to find another provider .

Dr. De La Cruz Hernandez always addresses my concerns, and will ask me essential questions to determine proper treatment when necessary for positive results. I have his full attention during appointments. He listens to me, and he makes sure I understand what treatments he recommends and why. He is always there for me in times of emergency, and I appreciate his professional, proactive, and empathetic guidance for my well being.

Am 100% satisfied with every visit. Dr. De La Cruz Hernandez has always asked pertinent questions and provided concise answers to all of my health concerns. All prescribed treatments have been extremely beneficial. He has always been well aware of my medical needs and has taken excellent care of me. I recommend him as often as I can.

Dr De La Cruz is GREAT!! He spends the time you need, doesn’t act rushed and cares, which is hard to find now days. He is my number one doctor of choice.

Love Dr De La Cruz Hernandez. It’s been a very long time since I seen a physician who took time with me and actually seemed to care. He did not act rushed. Officer staff was great!! I drive 45 minutes to his office and will continue to do so because he is that Awesome!!!

I followed Dr Hernandex from Holiday and woul follow him across the country he is by far the best doctor I've ever had in 50 years . He listens he follows through even if he refers me out because he truly cares about my welfare. His dedication to the care of his patients is unmatched if I call in with a question he is always prompt to follow up with a call back . He has taken care of multiple medi al issues I have had for years .He adjusted and changed medications and deleted some which has increased the quality of my life . He's friendly, caring, listens, proactive, follows up, takes you right in, spends time and doesn't rush you, and most importantly he answers or finds the answers to your questions ! My friends saw the improvements to my health and have made a change to Dr. Hernandez and I've only heard praise of his abilities .

Dr. Hernandez seemed to actually care about his patients.listens to my complaints, I think he is very good.

Initial meeting/consultation was great. Made me feel at ease and that he was seriously interested in my questions and concerns. That all changed by the third visit. I was no longer a new patient, so I was no longer important. He dangerously made an incorrect diagnosis that delayed proper treatment from another doctor. Explanations lacked any kind of detail or how to proceed. Don't be fooled by the smile and the kind bedside manner. If you are looking for a good doctor, this is not the person.

Was pleased with both my appointment and my husbands first appointment. He covered everything going on with both of us.

I was a previous patient in Holiday of this awesome physician and found out last week no longer there. I was mortified to say the least. It took me 50 plus years to find the most caring compassionate and the most intelligent physician around and I wasn't losing him!! Called around and found him 56 miles away! Went today to new office and omgoodness it was awesome. His staff I felt like I knew forever very caring bunch of real people! I am so happy and pleased and out of pain!!

By far one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. Listens and explains so well. Caring and compassionate. A gem! Didn’t need an appointment, I just walked in. He is fantastic!

His compassion and care for the state of your health. He stated that if you had a problem that required after hours review, please contact him and he will find the time to see you, day or night. He treated a wound I had and took the time to demonstrate to my wife how to care for the wound.I cannot state how impressed my wife and I were with his care. He is an old school Doctor and we are so fortunate to call him 'our Doctor.'

Had first appointment today with Dr. De La Cruz. I was nervous about meeting him after Dr. Anglin had retired (my M.D. for 12 years). He walked into the room and started speaking and introduced himself etc. It seems I shortly felt at ease with him! He is has a wealth of knowledge and a great personality. He answers all questions and spent some time with me. I decided after my visit to make him my doctor now. I highly recommend him and for all to make an appointment with him. You won't regret it!

I've had some issues with dizziness and wounds from falling and Dr De La Cruz has always seen me immediately..I can call him on a weekend and he always calls back..I can walk in without an appointment for him to check my wounds whenever I need.. he even told me he would come and pick me up if I couldn't get to him..I don't know what I will do if he has to move away

This is a doctor that cares.. this is a doctor that listens.. this is a doctor who goes above and beyond.. he goes out of his way to take care of you whether you have an appointment or not. Whether you're sick or just going for a check up.. he sees you right away and takes care of you. He will be greatly missed if he has to leave and is definitely irreplaceable!

I have been seeing Dr. Del Cruz since he was in the other office there on Miles Stretch. This man has sit and listen to me tell him weird things that I though were happening to my body. Not one time did he not listen or dismiss me. Now at the end of June he will be leaving this practice. As of the end of June I will be finding a new GP because there will not be another doctor that can fill his shoes. I want to wish him all the luck on his future plans.

As I mentioned in my previous review, I went into the hospital on November 10th. I did so because I had lost 30 lbs in 3 months and 5 lbs overnight. The CT scan not only found the kidney stones that I mentioned in another review, it also found possible cancer in my lungs. The oncologist assigned to me by the hospital arranged a PET scan as an outpatient because the hospital did not have the facility. She also arranged an appointment with a urologist for the kidney stones.It turns out the PET scan also required a referral from my PCP that I did not know about until the day before the appointment, when it was canceled dur to Dr De La Cruz refusing to authorize it until I saw him at the end of January (the next month).While the refusal to give me a referral for the kidney stones meant that I would be in pain that required restricted pain medication until I could be treated by a urologist, this delay could possible cost me my life if I do have cancer that is spreading.

Dr. Dr la Cruz is a good listener, a confident presence and he inspires trust. He encourages patient education, explains everything and has patients repeat instructions for clarity. He's proactive with treatment and mindful of family member's feelings and circumstances. The staff is always friendly, extremely helpful and very professional. Dr. De la Cruz is smart and patient and we believe he and his staff have shown our family the same level of care they would show their own. In short, we think he's a wonderful doctor and a kind and generous person and we highly recommend him.
