I especially liked that he gave me photos with drawings that showed exactly what things looked like when he opened up my shoulder. With that information I was able to take them home and actually get a much better idea of the actual damage that was repaired. Also Dr. Alyea is not condescending or dismissive of me when explaining procedures and health details. I truly appreciate his approach to me.
