Great Experience- I am very appreciative. My Dad was in the hospital with cardiac issues & his doctor decided to hold his diuretic. In congestive heart failure the heart doesn’t pump well so fluid builds up in the lungs & shortness of breath occurs. That’s exactly what was happening with my Dad, and the diuretic helps the body pass the fluid in urine. So I was understandably concerned. We waited and waited for his doctor to call back and I got tired of waiting since it had the potential to be a life or death issue. Dr Ardeal called me back to answer my questions even though he wasn’t my Dads doctor. He read the chart & explained everything very clearly. He was so patient, even though we were in the middle of the COVID omicron variant surge. The information he gave me made me feel like the doctors knew what they were doing, and that my Dad was important enough to warrant his attention, even in the midst of a chaotic ER environment.

Dr ardeel was supposedly the Dr in charge at the hospital. He signed my prescription. Never saw me. Doubt he even looked at my labs. Didn't check for kidney stones. Didn't do shat. Big waste of time. Waited 8 hours in the ER to not be cared for properly. He must have wanted to leave early. Now I have to suffer in pain. Called ER and he isn't their. They say come back in when I call. What a joke.
