Terrible office and terrible quality of care
If I can give kern allergy a zero. I would this place is nothing except disorganize. You call the office and no one respond, you leave voice mails and no one calls. It take weeks till you can just reach them out. They have two doctors who used to have good ethics and now they just decided it's time to make money and provide terrible care. Appointments are just 10 minutes and the medical assistant will be the one that do everything. Doctor do provide the lowest help. I did the skin batch test and when I tried to ask for results. All he said was " do your search" They barely help or provide information's. If you need to ask for something, they say come for another consultation to keep bill insurance. Each visit take 4-6 months to be seen. Tried to take my medical records and go to a different allergist and the office wanted to charge me 25 dollar just for printing first page and five dollar for every page after it. The california medical board have 0.25 cents as fee not 25 dollar.

Dr. Boren is knowledgeable, informative and takes his time with the patients. Highly recommend this doctor to family and friends especially with children as he takes his time with the parents and explains the allergy/issues with their kids.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Boren. He is very nice and friendly, and treats you with respect and compassion. He really listens, and gives serious thought to treatment plans. He has been a life saver for us. He is one of the few doctors in Bakersfield who understands and treats Eosinophilic Esophagitis. I believe he honestly cares about his patients. I trust him completely. The only downside is that it is sometimes difficult to get in quickly, but they do try to accommodate.
