Horribly run office
Wasatch Allergy and asthma might be the worst run office of all time. Extremely rude staff, specifically Myra. Get rid of her. She’s not just mean to patient but condescending to all of the employees

Always an extremely long wait - just for allergy shots. A lot of staff turnover. Unprofessional. Make you wait for an hour only to tell you your allergy serum is expired and someone should have called

Salt Lake office on 1100 East now closed permanent
I went to get my maintenance allergy shot and pay my bill on Friday, 10/14/2022 and found the SL Office was closed down and completely empty!?? A note on the door said they had to close suddenly at the end of September due to staffing issues. Tried calling the Riverton office several times over the next week and left messages and none of them were returned. Finally got a hold of Camille K. and sent her the forms to move my medical files and allergy shot serum to a new allergist in Bountiful which she promised to do right away. Today (2 weeks later) I go to visit my new allergist and they still don't have my files or the allergy shot serum. The Staff (Michelle Davis, Maribel, Liana, etc.) were great! I went to the closed Salt Lake office weekly for 2.5 years and the staff did a great job getting me in an out for my shots! Never met Dr. Eric Chenworth but I have to wonder if he is the problem behind their staffing issues? They also instituted this third party billing service recently

Doesn't value your time
Waited 3 hrs & 21 minutes for my new patient appointment just to be turned away saying they need to reschedule and request my previous medical records. This person wouldn't even say hi or acknowledge the time wasted.

Went to him after itching for 6 years and he couldn’t help me realize that the itching was withdraws from zyrtec and that’s it! Paid hundreds of dollars for him to tell me “if it’s working then just keep taking it” After 2 weeks of withdraws I’m finally off my allergy meds for good! Thanks for nothing!

You will see that I originally gave the Doc a high review. Here is what changed. I was mis-diagnosed with Asthma when in fact I actually had double pneumonia. Because of the misdiagnosis, I did not treat the pneumonia directly for another 6-7 weeks and used Prednisone, Advair, qvar, Albuterol nebulizer to keep me breathing. I am sure the doc is really good at treating allergies but beware if the man holding a hammer because every problem looks like a nail
