Kind and Professional
Dr. Eggenberger has been my doctor since early 2017, and I think very highly of him. He effectively treated two episodes of optic neuritis that I had, and he did so in a way that was quite convenient for me. He is very personable and easy to talk to, and I’m grateful to have found him.

I found Dr. Eggenberger to be patient and personable. He listened to my symptoms and reviewed my records to gain an understanding of my co-existing health conditions. He referred me for the proper testing. My care was solely at the May so this may have helped.

Dr. Eggenberger seemed rushed, talked but did NOT listen, and to date has not attempted to help explain my symptoms or help in any way. I was very disappointed as I have been to opthamologists and was looking forward to finding a doctor who would help get to the cause of my problems. It is really scary to have vision issues and Dr. Eggenberger didnt show any compassion for what I am going through. If you have MS like vision symptoms go anywhere else.

Dr. Eggenberger took the time to really evaluate my situation. While there are usually at least 5 residents/student Doctors orbiting around him, he connects with me and spends time to discuss my situation. symptoms, treatment options etc. He speaks to me like I am an intelligent human being capable of understanding more than a diagnosis. He is very respectful of the decisions I make about my health. It csn take a little while to get in to see him - but its worth it.
