Dr. Eric Ewald, MD

I was with dr.Ewald for seven months and generally not to happy with mistake of medication proscribe and renewals , request more visits by him and non professional replacement done by dr Martha during his absence.

I went in for high blood pressure, and also have a pre-existing condition. The doctor started reading off prescription descriptions from his desktop, and then asked ME about it. It was scary. To make matters worse, he said he found 'something', and when I called back a week later (because I never got the prescription), the office said he never submitted one. Nice guy, but avoid.

My husband went to his office due the lower abdominal pain. This Dr barely touched him or made a good and detail examination and in less than 5 min he said my husband probably had eaten a "bad" food and prescribed ANTIBIOTIC (???????)! Fyi, the only complain in his visit was pain..no fever, no vomit, no diarrhea, no jaundice, nothing to explain why he prescribed ciprofloxacin (??). Also, my husband asked him what about any image exam and he didn't even talked or explained why not or if indicated and automatically gave him a Ultrasound of Abdominal Total request. Of course my husband went to the DCA for the US and the person who did the exam told him the US doesn't show or go the region of my husband pain , it was supposed to request a CT scan for the lower abdominal pain. My husband still has pain, wasted his time and money and set up another appt with other Dr.

He's an excellent doctor. Very knowledgeable and patient. Doesn't rush through your visit. Thorough without being pushy.

Dr. Ewald was very through & had perpared himself with my medical history.

I trust his knowledge and I feel he is looking out for me .

Fabulous doctor!!! Great Bedside manner. Intelligent and patient.
