Dr. Eric Freiler, DPM

Dr. and staff were great. The dr. answered my questions and took care of my toes with high professionalism. The office was very clean and neat, something I always appreciate.

Dr. Eric is exceptional. He's professional, caring, personable. He makes sure his patients questions are all answered and his advice is always with the patients best interest at heart. I have recommended Dr. Eric to several good friends and each one has been grateful. He takes genuine interest in his patients.

I decided to see him because of my foot pain, and mainly because of the great experience my wife had as a patient when she fractured one of her foot bones (a metatarsal). Dr. Freiler seemed knowledgeable and did a great job with her and with me. He prescibed orthotics for both of us, and was able to take the measurements as well as the exact imprint of our feet in his office. His philosophy is to cost patients as minimal as possible. His approach seems to be logical (even to the mind of a non-podiatrist). He is personable and pleasant, and responsive to the needs of the patient. He diagnosed me with flat feet, and ordered diabetic shoes for me which required a form to be completed by my primary MD. This process was made so much easier because his very nice office staff facilitated this for me by contacting my doctor for me. We are lucky to have such a great podiatrist in Palm Coast.

Dr. Freiler is an outstanding podiatrist, who took excellent care of my foot fracture. The office staff were just wonderful as well. When I came in with my walker (I am elderly) during a follow up visit, and my husband was out parking the car, the (sweet!!!) receptionist rushed to help me, even offering to carry my purse and accompany me all the way to the exam room. The office area and waiting area were both spotless, everything simple, but well arranged and comfortable. Dr. Freiler is just great--personable and professional at the same time, and makes the patient feel comfortable and reassured. A wonderful combination to experience as a patient. What a good human being and podiatrist. I would recommend him and his staff most highly!

I last saw Dr.Freiler in June 2018 for my plantar fasciitis - he was very kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. He understood my concerns and clearly explained to me my treatment plan. Things have improved and I was looking forward to seeing him at my follow up today but learned he no longer practices in the Bronx- does anybody know where he went?

I went to several doctors before I met Dr.Freiler... he is not only smart and compassionate .. his hands are golden!!! Thank you Dr.Freiler for fixing my ankles ... I will never forget you.
