Not happy with the way I was treated
I am utterly appalled by the complete disregard for my well-being, time, and overall concern exhibited by Dr. Garner and the abysmal staff at Southwest ENT. After months of planning for nasal surgery due to nasal passage collapse, the situation reached an infuriating climax when Dr. Garner, on the day of surgery, callously walked out, leaving another doctor to perform the procedure. He then inexplicably cancels the surgery at the last minute. Here are the infuriating facts:1. Despite informing Dr. Garner of my sinus issues and a CT scan diagnosing a sinus infection, he neglected a comprehensive review of my case.2. The nursing staff failed to follow up on my pre-surgery medication progress.3. Dr. Garner, an ENT specialist, neglected to thoroughly analyze the CT scan, overlooking potential interventions like turbinate reduction surgery.4. During surgery, Dr. Garner bizarrely entered, seemingly upset at me for having a sinus infection, then left without uttering a word. The lack of

Horrible bedside manner and professionalism
I feel compelled to share our recent experience at Southwest ENT, as it was quite disappointing.During my partner's recent procedure, we were disheartened by the lack of communication from Dr. Garner and his nursing staff. The entire process left us bewildered, especially when it came to understanding why Dr. Garner didn't discuss the possibility of sinus issues beforehand, given that he was aware of them while working with my partner. What added to the frustration was the abrupt change in Dr. Garner's demeanor when my partner questioned the lack of follow-up, which could have potentially avoided the sinus infection. The bedside manner became noticeably strained.Additionally, the phone conversation with the nurse and the head of the nursing staff further underscored a concerning lack of empathy. It is evident that there is a significant issue with patient care and communication within your team. The disregard for patient concerns and the apparent apathy displayed during the phone

Dr. Garner was the third surgeon that I had consulted with because of a badly broken nose, cracked eye socket and deviated septum. I left the two prior offices with a lot of hesitation. Upon visiting Dr. Garner's office, I was immediately impressed. His reception staff was extremely warm and easy to work with, including the billing department. Following my consult with the doctor, I was completely confident and I choose the correct surgeon. The nurses were phenomenal and returned all of my phone calls within a very short period of time. The surgical staff was empathetic, proficient and friendly. My nose looks great and it actually works! Bravo Dr. Eric Garner.

Dr. Garner broke several bones in my nose and failed to document it. He never addressed my complaints or gave an explanation foir what happened. I was forced to go to another provider for help who ultimately ordered the ct scan to confirm the damage. I would avoid him and his office at all costs.

Dr. Garner did not take the time to meet with my husband before or after his scheduled tonsillectomy. My husband went home with intense pain, that lasted for over a week. At this time we realized his uvula had also been cut off. The nurses had failed to mention this after the surgery! At the post-op appointment, Dr Garner looked in my husband's throat and proceeded to recommend he get a tonsillectomy. He didn't even realize he had performed the surgery two weeks prior!

I had a septoplasty/rhinoplasty from another doctor in town with awful results including a septum perforation. There was a hole the size of a nickel in my nose. The previous doctor said he could not fix this problem and there was only one doctor from Texas who would. This doctor offered me plastic buttons I could wear in my nose for life. Dr Garner said he could perform the surgery. It has been 7 years and the skin and bone are still perfect. Dr Garner saved me years of pain and suffering.

Dr. Garner ordered a scan due to my sinus problems. He told me that surgery wasn't an option and prescribed medicine that I found out later I could not take because of another medical problem. This info was in my chart. On my call back to him to report this, I was told that the doctor thought I had allergies and that I would just have to live with it. He did not refer me to an allergist or any other doctor. It appears that if you don't need surgery, he doesn't need you.

Dr Eric Garner is the worst Dr I have experienced in my life he performed nose surgery change it's shape or improve its function such as to correct breathing, congestion and sinus problems related to the nose or correct disfigurement resulting from trauma or birth defects, unfortunately he didn't do well, so 2 month's after surgery I went to him he said my nose has swelling it will be set after a while. He failed to fix my problem, and my nose got big and deformed inside now I'm very disappoint

Dr Garner is one of the best doctors I have ever dealt with! He's performed tonsillectomies on two of my children. He has given amazing personal attention to us & takes the time to discuss everything to help us feel at ease. Could not ask for a better experience or bedside manner. Thank you Dr Garner!

Dr. Garner has a wonderful rapport and bedside manner. He was wonderful with my 88 yr old mother and immediately put her at ease. Found her problem and remedied it within 10 minutes with no stress and explained things in layman's terms. What a great experience.
