Dr. Eric Granquist, DMD

After an MVA and serious injury to my head/neck/jaw, I saw Dr. Granquist for problems that were intensifying. After physical therapy, injections, and other treatments, I had jaw surgery and my jaw condition improved and stayed that way until this day. Dr. Granquist was very knowledgeable and caring about my situation, and it was worth the trip to see him multiple times. There was nothing he could do for my constant tinnitus, but an improvement in the right direction was a great outcome. I am thankful for his expertise, skill, and in helping to improve my life.

He is probably a good surgeon but I do not think he truly cares about his patients and he may waste your time. I traveled five hours for our follow up appointment, got to my appointment 40 minutes early, was eventually taken into the exam room. His resident said “I’ll be right back” No one ever came wait. I waited in the exam room for two hours (for a 15 minute appointment). His own staff kept asking me where he went, they were very confused. Eventually 1.5 hours in someone told me he was on the phone and would be in soon. At the 2 hour mark she came back to tell me she could not interrupt him and I basically had to leave. I was shocked, they said he would call me but it’s been two weeks and I have not heard from him. I would have thought once he found out he left a patient waiting he would have called that day to at least apologize.

Dr. Granquist is a freakin GENIUS. I had an extremely difficult case. Not only was my bite awful—I had only 1 point of contact in my mouth fir chewing—but also my jaw bones themselves are not easy to work with. After talking to half a dozen doctors—including at Mass General—I felt most confident and comfortable with Dr. Granquist. He spent a lot of time on me and worked with my orthodontist to create a treatment plan that was feasible yet incredibly effective in the sense that my bite is now almost 100% perfect. He and his team deserve all the 5-star reviews possible. Thanks so much, Dr. Granquist!!!

Dr. Granquist is a genius. I came from New York to see him for my TMJ issues. He spent about 2 hours with me, gave me several treatment options that were never afforded to me by other physicians. He took his time, explained everything and I feel comfortable with him and his staff. Thanks Dr. Granquist!

This guy is a lousy doctor. My jaw is hanging out of my joints for 20 yrs and there's nothing wrong with me? Medical cuck, clown and completely under trained. He is just a dentist.
