I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the unprofessional conduct exhibited by staff at Annapolis Foot and Ankle during our recent interaction. My family was seeking clarification regarding a billing issue related to my mother's account, a matter we approached with patience and respect. Unfortunately, the response we received was not only unhelpful but also deeply disrespectful.During our phone conversation, the office manager displayed an alarming level of aggression and hostility. Despite our calm demeanor, she resorted to cursing at us, stating, 'I don't know what to f tell you,' and dismissively suggesting we 'get an Fing attorney.' We never threatened to get an attorney at any point in the conversation. My Mom is 80 years only and only wanted clarity on the billing. This overt rudeness was compounded by her refusal to escalate the matter to a supervisor, insisting that her only boss is Eric Harmelin, which left us feeling powerless and belittled.

I broke my ankle and Dr. Harmelin treated me. This is my fourth time being treated by Dr. Harmelin, for foot breaks. He is very kind and explains everything thoroughly. I would definitely recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Harmelin performed surgery on my husband's ankle after he suffered years of pain, he is now pain free. And just last month, my mom fell and broke her ankle and needed surgery. I turned to Dr. Harmelin and he did a fabulous job. If you are looking for a great surgeon with a personable bedside manner, I highly recommend Dr. Harmelin.
