I met with Dr Heegaard yesterday for a consultation. We drove 4.5 hours and let’s just say, it was totally worth it. He is very personable and knowledgeable and definitely cares about his patients. It is clear to see he treats every patient individually. He listened very intently and believed and understood each of my symptoms. I am excited to continue working with him, and I would highly recommend him!

Dr. Heegaard is a highly skilled physician. He took the time to listen to me, and he was also very informative on endometriosis. He never rushed me in making a decision for my care plan. When I realized what steps I wanted to take next, he returned my call after business hours to discuss it with me! Talk about great patient care.

From the first visit I had Dr. Heegaard heard me and listened to what I have been going through with endometriosis and now perimenopause. With care to each procedure we discussed and hormonal imbalances I had going on I decided to get an ablation to slow down my period. He felt this would be my best course of action but didn’t tell me, he let me come to my own conclusion. With humor and getting to know patients he’s truly one of the best! And 1 day post op I am back to life pain free!

Dr Heegaard is the best doctor I've ever had... in my 18 years of diagnosed stage IV endometriosis. He is an expert and he truly cares. He listens, which is something that is lost in our rushed society. He looks at all aspects of history and medical care for his patients. I came to see him for my endometriosis. I hadn't been "treated" for it in 10 years. I just had LAPEX using DaVinci. He was amazing!! I recommend him!! So thankful and grateful. I already feel better.
