Dr. Eric Heinert, DO

Dr. Heinert is an amazing doctor. Being a first time mom, I have a lot of questions, and he listens to them all. He has given great care to my son. His staff is also very helpful and answers any of my questions.

I LOVE Dr Heinert, he takes his time when he is examining my children and gives his opinion which is usually very helpful, he is amazing. When I had my son in 2017 the nurses ask who was his pediatrician and when I said Dr. Heinert they all said "oh he is such a great doctor, we love him" his nurse practitioner nurse Nikki is AMAZING as well we love her too! at least 2 of the medical we see pretty often (we have 3 kids) are super nice and everyone there is so amazing with my little monsters too bad Dr. Heinert is moving back to his home state he will be missed.

Dr. Heinert disregarded numerous concerns about my child and missed a life-threatening condition my newborn was suffering from. Our experiences were nothing short of horrible. His staff is rude, and it is very difficult to get an appointment.

Dr. Heinert is amazing. The nurses, nurse practitioner and office staff are friendly and welcoming. Dr. Heinert takes his time with us, and always answers all of our questions. He takes the time to explain everything and is never pushy. He is very good with my son too, you can tell he likes working with children and babies. The nurses are great as well. We always leave feeling comfortable and satisfied. I would highly recommend Dr. Heinert's office to anyone!

Dr. Heinhart and his staff are great! Everyone is very friendly. He is great with the little ones and really tries to build a relationship. Takes his time to explain things and answer all questions. He makes suggestions but is not pushy or belittling. He came highly recommended from my nurse practitioner as he is her babies pedi as well. Absolutely love him!

Dr. Heinert is simply amazing. He is so kind and full of knowledge. I have never had such a helpful doctor, the nurses are also just as amazing.

Dr. Heinert is great. He is really caring and attentive. Very thorough on examination. Nicole, his nurse practitioner is very good as well. This is our first child and they make us feel very comfortable. The staff is super friendly. And it's really easy to get in for an appointment. Love everything about this practice!

We love Dr. Heinert. He is wonderful with our 6 month old son! Very informative and well spoken. As a new mom I always leave satisfied.

Entire staff extremely rude and insensitive. With a completely empty waiting room, we were told we would have to reschedule our morning appt due to being 2 mins late past the grace period. Nurse rudely explained that they lose patients ALL the time for this reason & had no problem printing our son's records so he could be seen elsewhere. This staff, Doctor included, does not care about your child's health or well being--they only care about getting out of the office on time.

Very good doctor! Takes time to explain anything your concerned about, very personable. Would recommend him to anyone! This is my first child and he makes me feel completely at ease, with his help and guidance along the way.

The Dr was actually nice, but the staff were not. The receptionist was very short with me over the phone and also in person quite rude. Did not feel like a friendly atmosphere. Will not be continuing with this practice. Horrible trying to schedule appointments.
