Dr. Koch now practices in Alpine, Texas. He performed my gallbladder surgery and was professional, courteous, answered all questions before and after the surgery, and was an excellent surgeon. I received superior care from Dr. Koch and from Big Bend Regional Medical Center in Alpine.

Did a poor job first surgery and had to go back in for another the same week. He tries to be friendly, but not a good surgeon.
