He seemed nice, never sent my dose pack prescription to pharmacy. I called back to let them know. After 3 hours still no prescription. I called back again and the girl at the desk was rude and said they will read the messages at the end of clinic. Meanwhile still no prescription, feet still hurting.

Dr. Larsen is fantastic. I had been misdiagnosed by my primary care physician and was in acute pain. Dr. Larsen found the root cause and in almost no time, the pain subsided. 100% full recovery after 3 visits. It's great to be able to walk pain free again.

Dr Larsen did a wonderful job of “fixing” my foot issue. He performed surgery on my very painful left foot that had multiple issues including a small broken bone, a cyst inside a bone and severe osteoarthritis. He did an outstanding job. Very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I continue to recommend him to family and friends.

Terrible Experience. Both my wife and I were completely disappointed in the service and advice she received at Brooks Foot & Ankle. We feel as though Dr Larson only wasted precious time and spent our money on visits, foot inserts, and other products that she did not need, nor did they help. During the time period under Dr Larson's care, my wife's foot only worsened. I also feel the doctor was more concerned with selling us "upgrades" than properly diagnosing the real issue.

I am forever handicap, with total loss of feeling in my foot, because of Dr. Larsen's work on me. Instead of referring me to a colleague more experienced (and certified) to do the work I needed done, he took it upon himself to 'practice' on me. As a result, 1 yr later, I can't walk without pain and I can't feel my foot. My quality of life has reduced considerably. The clinic offers no accountability, and thinks firing him should have made me happy. Most HORRIBLE experience ever! Beware.
