Visit is prompt but compassionate, he helps coordinate resources and is highly professional. Office is fantastic, helpful, and kind. My quality of life as a member of the LGBTQ community has actively improved since I started going.

Dismissive Doctor
Dr. Lella is dismissive and bordering on rude. Positives - the office is clean and the doctor will call you himself. Cons - he offers up no solutions, appears uninterested, and when it comes to interpreting test results, simply reads them off and then you as the patient have to advocate for other tests or treatments. Really disappointing that an LGBT-focused doctor would not be more inclusive or welcoming.
