Best and most effective naturopathic doc
After 4-5 naturopaths all throwing the same protocol at me over the years Dr. Mallory helped find and treat the root causes. The complaints on other reviews I can tell are from people who don’t appreciate the rarity of a clinic that even bills insurance or provides the level of care he does. It’s a mom and pop clinic, and they try to make Lyme treatment and more actually affordable so be patient, they are beyond worth it. Dr. Mallory quite literally have me my life back and I’ll work with him as long as he continues to practice medicine.

None of the information I was given was accurate
I called to make an appointment and literally every piece of information I was given over the phone was inaccurate. I was told they took my insurance, the cost of the treatment would be $175, that my initial appointment would be 10 minutes and that the doctor didn't wear masks but they would request it. Then I get an email saying they don't take my insurance, the cost of the treatment would be $375 plus $225 for the visit, the visit would be an hour or as long as it took and that they do wear masks. When I told them that I was literally not given one accurate piece of information and that the visit went from $175 to $600 in two days and that seemed unreasonable instead of them taking responsibility I was told they wouldn't treat me.

In 2016 I started seeing Dr. Mallory for anxiety, pain from Scoliosis, and nutrition management/supplementation. I was hesitant about acupuncture because of the needles. He is very gentle and makes the needles a non-issue. The results are amazing! Since we have been working together, I feel more relaxed and sleep better; and I have time between visits without scoliosis pain. I strongly recommend Dr. Mallory for anyone who has ever had stress, pain, or any other ailment at all.

I have been receiving acupuncture from Dr. Mallory for the past 18 months. He understands my health problems and has been very kind and caring which I appreciate very much. The acupuncture has been of great help to me and I will continue receive treatment from Dr. Mallory regularly. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends.

Eric works hard to accommodate my hectic schedule and takes the time needed to assess what I am dealing with. He is very communicative and pays attention to how you are feeling during a session.

I started acupuncture here a few weeks ago. The first appointment went great. I asked Eric if he would be able to provide receipts so I can't submit them for reimbursement for the next appointments. He said it was no problem. I came in for a second appointment. It's went well, he did forget to take a needle out which did get caught on the side on the bed, bent and caused me to bleed a little. I got a bruise from it- and stung a little but wasn't too bad- and it was not on purpose. After the appo
