A mother called, very concerned about her 6 month old baby who was treated by Dr. Shakin for a retinol problem. Dr Shakin is an excellent surgeon. He always explains everything and answers all of my questions. I highly recommend Dr Shakin!

The constant is the Doc tops in his field A plus plus plus. Christina at front desk, Patrick, Kenji and Wen excellent. They listen, are cooperative, personable and understanding. The NURSES who bring in the shots also good! Miscellaneous others who do eye exam are problematic. I INSIST they read my chart PRIOR to my entering room as once instructed to do by Supervisor because of several HUGE errors during my 7 Years. I did that immediately yesterday and was argued with. When same supervisor M angrily raised voice siding with her employee vs her instructions to me. I, a younger Senior citizen DEFENDED MYSELF and felt good about not being a doormat, although many oldies areSTATED UNEQUIVOCALLY “do not yell at me, I am the patient”! The Doctor is excellent and I am allergic to so much and get shots “cold turkey 100%” so need to feel secure. I really appreciate have great rapport with some but with others the shot is the easier part of the visit!! In future they will check w Doc!

We had a late appointment. Waited too long to see the doctor.Everyone was in a hurry. They just wanted to go home.

We had a great experience from start to end. Mary really made a lasting impact and experience she was very personable and caring. She expressed empathy and went above and beyond to not only do her job but more. She made my grandfather feel comfortable and listened to his concerns. She really was amazing! Katia (hope I spelled her name correctly) was also very kind, she was very attentive and had no issues at all guiding my grandfather into the chair for his visit. She jumped gun and helped right away thank you. All of the staff was very nice and friendly. We had a quick 5min with Dr. Shakin however, he was also really pleasant wish the rest of the office staff that came into the room mentioned there names.

Dr. Shakin was patient and answered all my questions thoroughly.

The services rendered by Dr. Shakin and his staff were excellent and efficient. Sign Language interpreter was present the whole time during my visit.

This is probably the best doctor’s office I have ever been to! I had an emergency and they gave me an appointment right away. Everything from the check in and intake to the treatment was perfectly organized. The staff nurses and doctor were so kind and caring even though they were extremely busy. I would highly recommend them.

The service is wonderful each dept holds there own yet working together as a great team.

Dr. Shaking operated on my torn retina and has given me excellent follow up care. Highly recommend.
