Great caring physician
Dr Spratford has been my physician for many years. He is very knowledgeable and has been through many things with me and my family. He always takes this time to explain and listen to my concerns and issues. He has also a great preventative doctor as he keeps up with keeping me healthy and not just getting me well. I highly recommend him as a physician

Disapppointed
Primary for many Years and unable to speak with him ever by phone in today's world. I do not need him for basic issues but need him for serious conversations when needed. I needed him today and was screened and blocked by his rude unprofessional nurse. I asked for a call back at end of day and she advised me he is unable to call back as he is too busy with other patients. Today I was hurt and disappointed by a man I used to admire as he took care of me and my entire family for years. I am not sure if it him or the system he now belongs too but very disappointed in his services today.

Dr Spratford has been my dr for many years. The only mistake you can make is to not go see him. He has helped me on so many occasions, and other family members have gone to see him, and stayed with him, as well. I can't say enough about him. I am however, sad to say that now I am FORCED to go to a different, so-called specialist dr, because I have chronic pain due to spinal stenosis, and our government wont let Dr Spratford dispense the meds I need and I haven't been in this much PAIN in years.

A very compassionate person. He always give 100% to attention to each patient, everytime you see him. He listens to what you say and is willing to go that extra mile to provide you with the best care!

I selected Dr. Spratford's name off a list 14 years ago and me and my family won the lottery. He has been our doctor ever since. My son (now 14) and I both have multiple medical issues. We all are beyond pleased with him. He is friendly, thorough, and never rushes you. He, along with all the staff, are attentive and extremely responsive. He is excellent at diagnosing and starting the process for specialists, if needed, and knowing when to refer you out. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Dr.Spratford is the best doctor I've ever had. By FAR! We are 3 adults in our family who all see Dr. Spratford. Between us, we have many health issues. Our Dr. listens to what our concerns are and always has the "bed side manner" to urge us to be positive and tell us how to continue on a healthy path. We have been under hia care for around 18 years.

I drive from Joliet,I'll to see Dr.Spratford.He is the kindest md I have met in a long time.He has been my doctor now for 3 years .He never rushes you no matter how busy he is.He is just a sharp guy.His nurses for the most part are friendly and polite.When you see him its like visiting a friend. sincerely,Carol Sceniak
