Radiation Oncologist MDA
I was a patient of Dr. Eric Strom, MD Anderson, he is very smart and knows his medical information, but as far as personality and ability to make this patient feel comfortable he failed miserably. He is short on time, short with patients, doesn't really want you to question him, brings in a line of trainees behind him with no warning (only MDA physician to not ask if a training candidate could be present in appointments). He is an arrogant man with a high IQ, but very low EQ. I would not recommend him for that reason. All the doctors at MDA have top notch resumes, his intelligence is not in question, but his ability to make this female patient feel comfortable and at east failed...time and time again...had it not been for my surgeon I would have gone to other provider.

You will never find a more knowledgeable, attentive, compassionate and skilled physician on the planet. He is truly one of a kind. I am so blessed to be under his care. I am truly indebted to Dr. Eric Strom and his staff. AMAZING.

Honestly, there are no words to say what a wonderful doctor, human being, oncologist Dr. Strom is. He is professional, yet kind and caring. He is sincerely concerned about his patients and wants, with all of his heart, to get them well. When you're ill it's important to find a doctor with "golden hands". Dr. Strom has golden hands and a heart of gold as well. He is certainly in the right profession, as he is a natural born healer. God bless you, Dr. Strom. You got me well. Thank you.
