Dr. Swensen was our family physician when we lived in Evanston before he went to the ER. We loved him! Very compassionate, knowledgeable, personable, and competent. He provided excellent care for all eight of us!

The kinda of Arrogant crap people hate. Spends most of his time looking down his nose at his patience. Thinks he is better then everyone, in fact he treated my wife (who is a very respected and active member of our community and local business owner) so poorly she left the ER on her hands and knees throwing up. His staff followed us to the car asking if they could provide us an advocate for the hospital management against him. This guy should have been a prison guard... not a doctor, he has zero compassion for anyone. Even our pastors wife who is terminally ill with cancer was treated horibly by this guy. Now, the Evanston ER has amazing staff, but if he is working go to the Vet.
