He fixed me
I had an issue that had plagued me for 6 years. Dr. Thompson was my 4th attempt to correct the issue. He listened intently to my description, observations and thoughts. He prescribed a plan of action based on different outcomes during the process. As the various tests were conducted, he ruled out some causes and focused on others. Actions taken and results achieved. My life is now my own again. Thanks to Dr. Thompson!

After three years of excruciating stomach pain and no real answers I finally begged for a CT scan which revealed a dangerous defect in my pancreas. After receiving the results he assured me it was nothing to worry about. I got a second opinion and was immediately scheduled for surgery. For 3 years this doctor told me I needed anxiety medicine, diet changes etc. He spent very little time listening to me. He’s extremely pompous and could’ve cost me my life with his carelessness.

Horrible
I went to him for three years with severe stomach problems. He continually told me I needed anxiety medicine. I begged for a CT scan that finally led to discovering that I had an annular pancreas. He told me the results were of no concern. I saw a specialist for a second opinion and thank god I did. I’ve now had a major surgery that has changed the quality of my life significantly. Not to mention the problems I was having were deadly. He is pompous and uncaring.

The absolute worst doctor. – Aug 29, 2023

Awesome
So I was reading some of the comments on Dr. Thompson and I totally disagree with people who left one star. I’ve had many colonoscopies, and they can not navigate to the end of my colon and Dr. Thompson was able to. They suspected that I might have cirrhosis of the liver non-alcoholic, and he sent me for numerous Tess and was on top of everything. I agree that the waiting time in his office is a little annoying, but I find it worth the wait.

You are told to arrive 30 minutes before your appointment. They take everyone else ahead of you running late for your appointment. The excuse give is that I showed up to early for my appointment so I had to wait even when someone else came in for their appointment 10 minutes late. I was informed that this was an ongoing problem to call and file a complaint??? What good is that when you have to leave with not being seeing. If is a KNOWN ONGOING ISSUE why aren’t you fix it?? The personnel could care less that I was made to wait way passed my appointment time and or that I had to leave to get back to work. What a waste of time!!! Save yourself a headache and find another clinic! This staff are useless!!

I am really not pleased with this team. They were confusing, spent very little time w/ me. I feel like my diagnosis was made without much conversation. The team forgot to do one test, almost forgot to do another, gave me incorrect instructions, etc. I'll be switching.

Dr. Thompson was able to correctly diagnose the cause of pain and nausea that I had to endure for several years before I met him. In only a few months he fixed me up. He probably could have fixed me up much faster if my work schedule at that time had allowed me to take enough time off for follow up labs and procedures.

Would not recommend: 1)He missed my first appt with him. His nurse, Donna, said he's in surgery. She suggested a procedure for me. 2)I waited more then an hour past my scheduled time for the procedure. 3) Results took almost a month. I had call back several times. Fortunately, there wasn't anything serious. 3)I called Donna 2X to get a refill. The pharmacy called 2x as well. No return call. Occurred over a month, pushing me past my 1 yr mark and thus I needed to bk another appt. for $$$
