Dr. Yen is a wonderful doctor to my father, who has cancer-related immunodeficiency. He is caring, thorough, and takes the time during appointments to explain necessary tests, results, and treatment.

Doctor was kind to fit us in on same day despite that his schedule was full. Our appt was not until next week but my son was having bad rash. Now better. Almost went to er.

Probably the worst doctor ever. He literally walked out of the room while I was still asking him questions about my daughter's allergies. He came back in and told me that he didn't believe he could meet my expectations and that he was limited to 30 minutes per patient and he was "stressed out." He called in only half of the necessary prescriptions to our pharmacy, and tried to schedule her for a food allergy test that was not even relevant to what we had discussed. He just doesn't seem to care.
