I’m honestly shocked to see these reviews. I thought he was great! People complaining about their appointments being under 5 minutes are insane. That’s the point in telehealth! If you want an appointment that’s going to take your time, then go to urgent care or your PCP. My appointment lasted 3 minutes and I was grateful for that. He listened to me, didn’t make me feel like I was asking for a lot, and quickly prescribed the medication I needed. Thank you, Dr. Zacharias

Disregarded my concerns for my son. Was in the room for two minutes. Was arrogant and disrespectful to me.

Dr Zacharias listened to my symptoms, took my medication allergies into consideration, and prescribed medication to treat my condition. He was personable and friendly, and I will start treating my condition in the morning instead of waiting at an urgent care. All of this at 10pm and I was able to stay home in my pajamas. Huge win!

This guy is utterly disrespectful. He will talk to you like you're an idiot. He will talk as if he holds himself in VERY high esteem. Ego check buddy -- you're not impressive, personable, or respectable -- and I highly DOUBT you're anywhere near as smart as you put on.It makes perfect sense that he would work with a tele-health program, because if you were given a choice or knew who you'd work with, you'd never give this low-life the money. Thank you SO MUCH for your services -- charging me $48 to call in a prescription that even a 5th grader could figure out we needed. I guess I should be grateful it's a real American ripping me off instead of a foreigner.The level of arrogance and disrespect required for me to write my first ever review is truly something to behold.

He didn't care at all about my concerns. I told him I have a severe cough which he did nothing for and I asked what do I do if it gets worse. He said, 'it's going to get worse.' Then when I said, 'so there's nothing you can give me? I should just continue to not sleep at night?' He responded with yes ma'am. Worthless. Waste of money. I will be contacting everyone trying to get a refund.

Horrible Physician. PERIOD ! Did not treat patient with continuity of care or even AMA standards.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - STAY AWAY. Dr Eric Zacharias did not ask a single question about my symptoms. Did not provide recommendations on how to move forward. Literally said "there is nothing I can do. I'm going to hang up now." AVOID.

No care at all. My MD live appointment lasted less than 3 mins (not exaggerating) and he was able to prescribe me with cough suppressant and an inhaler. I’ve never needed an inhaler in my life.

I was pleased with how quickly Dr. Zacharias resolved my concern, he was attentive to my concerns and quick to diagnose and order the correct medication to my local pharmacy. I would be delighted to use him again in the future.

I went to this doc on MDLive for a sickness not anything related to asthma. He asked if I have a history of asthma, trouble breathing, etc. My answer was no to all of those and he still said to use an inhaler! He ignored all my concerns and symptoms to just prescribe an inhaler which did nothing for me. Avoid this doc as he does not care to solve any issues you may have and simply does not listen.

Wouldn't prescribe me anything for my allergies and told me to buy what they have on the shelf at the store. Profound suggestion Doc!

Saw Dr Zacharias through MDLIVE and looked him up to see if he was located near me but unfortunately he’s not. I can’t believe the bad reviews he has because he was patient with me trying g to get my 19 mo to sit still to show him what he has going on. Recommend a million percent!

Horrible bad doctor acts like a dictator and doesn’t listen to the concerns of the patient. Pretty much told us that he would do anything to help my sick son, I would never ever recommend this doctor.

Terrible doctor. Would not help me.

Treats labs not patient. May have the science of medicine? Does Not have the art of it. Very poor experience.
