I had a unfortunate bad experience with one of the front office staff, Mahogany. She was very rude and disrespectful when I called to inquire about a bill I was sent for a wellcare visit. I sent doctor Martin a message through mchart to explain what happened. I mentioned if this was the treatment I would receive, they could cancel my appointment. Without calling asking me what happened, how could she help, she cancelled my appointment. Never reached out to me to apologize for staffs behavior. Dr. Martins silence spoke volumes, so, I would not recommend her to anyone. I was a new patient as well.

Dr.Martin is extremely through, she takes the time to Listen to her patients so she is able to help rather than cutting you short & assuming what the issue is.
