Highly Recommended
I have been a patient of Dr. O'Donnell for about 3 years. Last year diagnosed with Breast Cancer and then Afib. She has been extremely thorough with all of my Medical issues. I feel the staff and Doctor are all professional and efficient. Never a long wait. I highly recommend her!

Don't waste your time
The good: The 2 nurses I saw were great! Both nurses listened to my concerns and came up with a likely plan of action before ever seeing Dr. O'Donnell. I had to wait another 30 minutes to see Dr. O'Donnell. The Dr's bedside manner was terrible. She briefly read the notes and proceeded to type on the computer and use her Dictaphone. She asked me two questions more. Not exaggerating, she spent the next 15 minutes typing and NOT TALKING TO ME. I've never had a doctor ignore me while in the same room. I finally interrupted her and asked what was the plan of action for my case. She said, I'm referring you to a cardiologist (even though my EKG looked good). Then got up to leave saying 'hope you feel better soon'. I spoke up and said - but what about my ___? (The whole reason I came in). I proceeded with what the nurses plan was - and her response?? Oh, yes, we can do that. Never again! She is only interested in referring you to a specialist. Don't waste your time or money.

No Respect
Horrible! saw once and waited over 45min for 15min visit as a new patient recent follow up over ONE hour wait so I left--no regard for patients and their time. As a physician myself I would never allow my patients to wait more then 10-15 minutes and if it was going to be longer would let them know

Go to someone else
I had an appointment with Dr. O'Donnell's office in Feb. The only thing that was done was my O2 sat, BP and weight was taken. The ARNP never examined me, neither did Dr. O'Donnell when I saw her on the previous two visits. This last visit I was charged $105 because I did not have health insurance. I had one prescription refilled for a year in July. Now I need another rx renewed. Dr. O'Donnell at first said she would not renew it until I has additional labs done. I relented and called back to confirm. Now I am being told she will not renew it until I see her in Feb. All I asked for was a refill for one year, she refused. I couldn't refill is at the time of the appointment because it is only good for year. And then I received a letter stating she is dropping me as a patient. Would not recommend any one she her.

Doctor is disorganized and sloppy
Doctor ordered bloodwork but then never went over. Looks at computer screen whole time you are there. Does not go over health issues. Long wait times. Never on schedule. Staff entered wrong name when doing A1C test then entered wrong numbers in health record or did not enter at all.

Doctor Dictaphone
This doctor barely even speaks or looks at you, just types and looks at a screen while speaking into a dictaphone. The staff there are very nice but this Dr acts like she could care less about you or your illness. She is very cold and seems almost annoyed at her patient's presence.

Not recommended
I would no more recommend this doctor than drink antifreeze. I waited two hours for my annual wellness check and not only filled out the questions but was asked twice about the answers by two different individuals before seeing her. They issued orders without asking that my oncologist issues so I didn't take them. Obvious there is no communication between nurses and doctor. They called me regarding my cholesterol and wanted a follow up app to discuss - really? Should only require a phone call. Dr wanted a lot of additional blood work for surgery that surgeon didn't require - totally not needed. Pathetic display of control.

I would not recommend Dr.O’Donnell! Been going to her for over 20 years and in the last 2 years I’ve been seeing her PA and love her, but for some reason they had me see De. O’Donnell and I spent an hour with her being totally ignored and anytime I had a question she just ignored me. At the end of appointment, with getting no help from her she started to walk out of the room, in which I followed and she said, “I don’t have time for you I have other patients to see”. I was so hurt and have decided I will never go back! She has lost all respect for her patients and it’s just about the $.

Dr O'Donnell often gives the impression of being rushed but she does take the time to explain her answers. Love ARNP Jessica. She is calm and takes as much time as needed with you.

Dr. O’Donnell has been my primary care physician for the last 15 years. She is extremely thorough and always spot on with the diagnosis. Her staff is and has always been courteous with an old time home feel of kindness and love for their patients. I would refer my best friend to Dr. ODonnell.

Posting this as a warning to others: If you do not correctly diagnose yourself before you get to your appointment, you could get turned away. No exam. No referral. Just refusal of care. But you will still Be charged the co-pay! Yes. You read that right. I called for an appointment, siting I thought I had symptoms of a certain infection. Test upon arrival said I did not have that particular infection - so even tho I had serious symptoms, I was flat out denied care. Told to go to the ER or Urgent Care. Patient: Beware! And here’s the interesting conclusion: after publicly posting this review the office DISCHARGED Me as a patient! Would have NEVER gone back anyway, but honestly - Didn’t know that was a thing?!

I called for a new patient appointment, which they were accepting new patients. They asked me personal questions about my health as a questionaire and told me they would call me back to set up an appointment. The following week they tell me they are no longer accepting new patients. Why didn't you tell me that when we first spoke? It seems like you didn't like my answers about my personal health. You discriminated about my health and then denied me an appointment. This is not how a practice shou

Dr. O'Donnell is my favorite Primary Care physician. She is professional and personable, her staff follows her lead.. I would have no hesitations in recommending her to anyone I know. She will work you in when you have a difficult schedule Sometimes the wait time is longer than I would like, but she is worth the wait. Office is clean and all staff courteous. She will explain whatever is necessary in your language (if possible(;) Diane Steiden, MS
