No Urgency/No Return Calls
This Doctor should not be in profession they are in. As someone who should be assisting people with mental health or at least not doing harm, this practice is negligent at best as far as communication is concern. Further, services were advertised that Dr Goetzel was not yet cleared to provide when I finally got ahold of someone at the practice. I desperately needed assistance and 12/13 calls over the span of 1 year went unanswered and unreturned. I got someone on the phone exactly 1 time. Would NOT recommend this Dr AT ALL - ESPECIALLY if you are in crisis or need.

Dr. Goetzel is an excellent doctor!
Unlike my traditional doctors, Dr Goetzel figures out what is causing medical issues and works to corrects them through natural supplementation as appropriate rather than using pharmaceutical drugs as the only option while having the expertise to prescribe medications as necessary. My health has improved significantly under Dr. Goetzel's care.

I would not recommend Dr. Goetzel to my friends mostly because of the problems with communication. There seems to be a miscommunication between Dr. Goetzel and Hannah his assistant where the information seems to get lost between them. When you have a question, you have to work with Hannah and the information you asked gets lost. By the time your question gets answered by Hannah through Dr. Goetzel, it may not be the question you actually asked. The lag time is 3-5 day..very frustrating!
