Dr. Borncamp handled my inguinal hernia amazingly well. After four years of putting it off, I was blessed to find an experienced, competent, kind, and gifted surgeon like Dr. Borncamp. He and his colleagues are excellent to work with. You can't go wrong seeking their help!

Dr. Borncamp is very thorough, professional and has an excellent bedside manner. Not only was I impressed by his skills with surgery, so were the staff. He explained what was happening and going to happen with both myself and my son. It was a blessing for me to have had him walk into that emergency room that day. I can't say enough positive things about this doctor.

I am an 80 year old woman. I was brought by ambulance to Silver Cross. Unknown to me, I had a blocked and twisted bowel. I needed emergency surgery. Dr. Borncamp happened to still be in the hospital. I had never met him before. He came into the ER cubicle I was in and told me very gently, that if I didn't have this surgery immediately, I would die! Of course, I said, 'Yes'! I was so scared. He was very kind and explained everything in complete detail. I needed more surgery for a hernia last month. I didn't hesitate to have Dr. Borncamp as my surgeon. I would recommend him to anyone. He is a wonderful surgeon.

I needed emergency Appendectomy surgery, I met Dr. Borncamp a few minutes before the surgery at Silver Cross Hospital. He was extremely professional and his follow up care was exceptional. Dr. Borncamp was able to perform the Appendectomy with as little down time as my appendix was segregated to one area. Followup was done within a week and the drain was taken out. Two months post surgery I would say I'm feeling very good and almost 100%.

Dr. Borncamp is a Great Doctor. He's professional but down to earth. He's easy to talk to explains everything and takes the time to answer questions. He truly cares about his patients. He also has a great sense of humor.

Professional and friendly, that’s Dr. Borncamp. Took great care of me. Entered hospital through the emergency room with severe pain in right lower groin on a Sunday. He took out my appendix that night. Told me my appendix didn’t look like appendicitis, but didn’t look right either. Turned out to be a neoplasm. Glad Dr. Borncamp was proactive. He has a great bedside manner and I will recommend him to everyone who needs a surgeon.

I went to see Dr Borncamp after two other doctors could not help me with my stomach issues. My problems had been going on for 2 months. I went to see Dr Borncamp because he was so great with my husband when he had gallbladder surgery. He LISTENED to my issues and instead of just cutting , sent me for 3 test. We found out the problem and we are trying to resolve it without surgery. I can not stress enough that he listened instead of just passing me on to another doctor.

Dr Borncamp is the best doctor I've seen. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and then takes the time to explain what he thinks needs to be done. He is very personable and has outstanding bedside manner.

Dr. Borncamp is a fantastic person! He always listens and explains everything so I can understand. He refers to pictures and information to inform me about what he is going to do for my surgery. I don't think there is a better surgeon to have do my surgery.
