I not only wasn’t able to get treated for my yeast infection after wanting to get treated, but she did NOT even stay to hear any questions I had after my FIRST ultrasound. Of course I had a massive amount of questions. And ON THE DAY of my miscarriage it took her 6 HOURS TO TELL ME MY RESULTS. Then proceeded to tell me if there’s more bleeding to go to the E.R. NEWSFLASH!!! I WAS ALREADY IN THE E.R. NO THANKS TO HER. She made me feel as if I didn’t even have a doctor. That I had to just do it in my own. Don’t get me wrong, she gave me a pamphlet on what I should & shouldn’t do but that was my first time meeting her. We never had a connection. She’s so nonchalant it hurts me, it’s almost as if she didn’t care about me as a person. On the other hand, the things I TRULY needed help with were not her concern, is truly how I felt- FEEL! I will forever ask myself, why she couldn’t help me with the things she could have? Why didn’t she help me as a first time mom to even heal

I never got past the gatekeepers at this doctor office. I had to explain multiple times that I needed a prescription refilled after my last PCP retired, that I found this doctor in the BCBS Provider Directory and then was told I would need to apply to be seen by this physician. I asked for the application and was emailed a copy, filled it out and faxed it back. To date, I have not been contacted, after following up via email and not getting a response.

Horrible, I actually never got to see the Dr. I was not aware that in this day and age you had to apply to see a Dr. and this particular one did not except me. What kind of Dr. turns away a person in need of medical assistance.
