Dr. Erika Lloyd, MD

Dr Lloyd has the greatest bedside manner. She is kind, very knowledgeable, and cares deeply for her patients. She even called me from Japan while she was on her vacation to discuss my case further. Every visit she’s consistently amazing!

Dr Lloyd was friendly, but her front office staff pushed me to look for another surgeon. Every call goes straight to voicemail. In that voicemail you're told to not leave multiple messages or it will delay their response. Concerning, why would me calling back force them to delay responding? Makes it seem like they are not very good at getting back to patients. The receptionist was supposed to coordinate with the plastic surgeon on my behalf and confirm coverage. She did neither. She didn't even call the plastic surgeon until I had left her a voice mail. Im afraid to call again since her message clearly tells you it will delay their response even further. If you are cutting me open, I want to be able to get a hold of you. I dont want to feel as if im a bother. Im running away from this as fast as I can. Its too bad too because the Doctor seemed very friendly.

I have been a patient since 2009 when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I met with several surgeons before I selected Dr Lloyd as my surgeon and I have been so happy that I did. She is caring and takes the time to explain all my options. She has helped me determine what the right course was for me. She has been there to follow my progress and meet with me each year to make sure all is well. I always feel positive and encouraged each time I leave her office.

She is the best surgeon ever as she has preformed 3 surgeries on me. Now I need to go back for another and there is no one better than Ericka. You will be very happy with her Jan Satterfield

Dr Lloyd is a fantastic surgeon and wonderful doctor. She talked about all aspects of my diagnosis, not just the surgical portion of it. She's smart and empathetic, yet very professional in her conversations.

Dr. Lloyd is incredible! She's very compassionate and personable (a rare quality in surgeons). She explains things and procedures in a way I understand them and I have NEVER felt rushed with her. She will take as long as needed to make me feel comfortable and understand what she has done, what to expect, etc. She's actually waited for me in recovery on both surgeries to tell me what she did and ask how I'm feeling. I am so grateful I am able to have her as my surgeon through this battle.

Dr. Lloyd took all the time I needed to explain my surgery and all that entailed from its theory to all the positives and the aftermath. She has been right on. She is a very pleasant physician. I would recomend her to anyone. She's through, has great bedside manners and she's right. I like that.
