Dr. Erin Large, MD

If you are a patient who suspects they have endometriosis or adenomyosis, I would NOT recommend Dr. Large. She does not have the proper knowledge and understanding of the most up-to-date treatments for these diseases. I have years of medical documentation of endometriosis, including diagnostic excision surgery. Dr. Large only "glanced" at these records which contain a history of the effectiveness of certain treatments for my body. She offered me Lupron and Orlissa. These drugs can be useful for some patients; however, patients report severe and debilitating side effects. None of these side effects were discussed. Even though I told Dr. Large of pain associated with penetration, she proceeded with a painful pap smear and pelvic. I alerted staff to my need to discuss workplace accommodations at the visit. Dr. Large refused to sign accommodations for these conditions, stating that it is not "typical," invalidating the fact that these conditions remain chronic and have no cure.

I love Dr. Large. My current Ob/gyn was her replacement. and I could not be more unhappy. i followed Dr Large from UAMS to BHLR and I willing to see her in Fayetteville as well.She is very competent and knowledgeable.Her bedside manner is amazing.

Personable and great bedside manner. Never had any issues with scheduling and never waited very long to be seen. She’s a very skilled and knowledgeable physician. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family!

Dr. Large is caring and thorough. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking OB/GYN care
