Doctor and nurses use hand sanitizer when leaving room not when entering. I remembered that question from previous surveys and made sure to observe them.

I arrived 15 minutes ahead of the 3:00 PM appointment. I waited an hour to be seen. Schedulers need to be trained on types of appointments and schedule accordingly. Stop trying to cram patients for rushed service to meet quotas
