Excellent physician, don’t listen to the haters
Dr. Little has been my rheumatologist for over a year. She is exceptional. Listens attentively, gives all options available for treatments and explain it in laymen’s terms. I feel part of a team when I’m speaking with her. We decide treatment options together, with zero condescension or paternalism on her part.I cannot fathom why she was getting negative reviews, because that has not been my experience at all. I can only surmise that most people don’t bother to leave positive reviews when they’re happy, and generally only post when they’re angry. A physician job is not to tell you what you want to hear, or prescribe something you saw in an advertisement. Their purpose is to discuss the most recent scientific options to treat your condition and give guidance around healthcare options and side effects etc. The two most important attributes for a physician are, knowledge base of specialty, and listening skills. Dr. Little excels at both of these. Sincerely, RA patient.

Another one to avoid if you are actually ill
I have to agree with everyone else. She's kind and seems interested at first, but in reality, she doesn't listen. She somehow told me that I am having a different kind of pain than I actually experience, and then went on to give me every excuse why there's nothing she can diagnose. I felt like her thing is to not diagnose you and send you on your way. Well, long story short. 2nd opinion destroyed her whole narrative. Avoid this doctor.

Yet another medical provider who does not listen to their patients and only hears what they want to hear and sees what they want to see! Wouldn't take my dog to see her for an exam.

Staff does not understand what is going on.
After many time of asking the staff to send medication to a particular pharmacy they kept sending it to the wrong pharmacy. Could be a language barrier or they just don't listen. Bottom line a loved one was in pain for week and half because of this mess up.

Excellent doctor!
Dr. Little is very attentive and makes sure that all options are reviewed. She takes cues from how you want to mive forward with treatments and takes all things into account before just sending you for tests or throwing you on random medications.

Dr Little appeared to have made her mind up about me as soon as she had walked into the room. Spent less than 20 minutes with me just to tell me that despite all of my symptoms and debilitating chronic pain that makes it impossible for me to live a normal and healthy life that basically there's nothing wrong with me and I just have to work out more, despite the fact that I cannot do that due to my debilitating pain. There was no suggested course of treatment, she simply told me to call her office if my symptoms did not improve, which I'm sure they will not given the fact that I have been in so much pain that I can't even leave my bed some days for years. Overall, not returning to this doctor if it is at all possible. She did nothing but dismiss my pain and long list of symptoms.
