I read the previews after my new insurance assigned me to this practice. I was a little leery but like always decided to judge for myself. My first visit went very well, everyone from the front desk, to the MA to the provider was very nice and helpful. The MA and provider went out of their way to calm my nerves and welcomed me to the practice. Upon my second visit which was for a lab draw, my experience was again very positive. Angel, who drew my blood was wonderful, very friendly, kind and painfree. I am very glad that I chose to find out for myself if this clinic was a good fit and so far it is.

Never seen doctor, Seen PA or nurse practitioner who just ask questions that were answered several times before and filled out on their forms. Vanessa & Genelle are extremely rude and lax. Left messages that have been ignored & other times not able to leave a message. Can't write a review on a doctor that I've never seen but it's very difficult to get referrals or prescriptions.

One of the worst experiences I have had at a Doctor's office. The staff was extremely rude. Extremely unprofessional. Today was supposed to be my first new patient appointment. I was extremely disappointed. I don't recommend for anyone to go to this doctor.

The worst place ever. They do your tests ( blood, urine etc) and even 3 weeks later they won't follow up on them. They send you to a specialist without a referral. You get to the specialist and the specialist is not accepted by your insurance. They send you to the second one without a referral. Such a waste of time!!!!!
