Dr. Errol McKenzie, MD

He is thorough. My daughter is alive because he wasn’t about the money. He takes time and care with his patient.

I am a new patient with Dr McKenzie and have been to the office twice. Why the 5 star rating? I searched for 6 months looking for just this type of physician and practice. I am thankful for the many friends who recommended him. My former medical group grew into a business that no longer had a personal touch. I am in good hands now !!

DR MCKENZIE AND THE CORONAVIRUS!!!!! HE IS NOT ALLOWING ANY PATIENTS INTO HIS OFFICE EXCEPT FOR WELL VISITS. EVEN HIS " HIGH RISK PATIENTS" HE WONT EVEN CALL IN THE MANDATORY 90 DAY SUPPLY OF MEDS ONLY 30. THE NEW RECEPTIONIST SAYS, IF YOU DONT LIKE IT TO FIND A NEW PHYSICIAN. DO NOT GO TO THIS DR. I AM REPORTING TO THE ATTY GENERAL TODAY. DR. GUPTA SAID TODAY YOUR FIRST POINT OF CONTACT IS YOUR PRIMARY CARE. NOT TO HAVE YOUR PRIMARY CARE TURN YOU AWAY.

A kind person but his lack of basic knowledge of health conditions and overlooking serious symptoms caused me to end up in the hospital. He nearly killed me with the completely wrong medication. Would advise to not trust this man with your life.

McKenzie is a poor listener and did not understand nor did he follow through in responding to my concerns. He recorded inaccurate information about me that could have seriously impacted my insurance benefits. I pointed this out to him several times and while he promised to correct the error, he did nothing. It took me six months to get my records. He is careless and unethical. He does not provide good patient care. Beware of this doctor. He sounds good but his health care is questionable.

I worked for Dr Mckenzie and Dr Burgun for just over a little of 2 years and planned on “retiring” from their practice. However I had two major tragedies in less then 2 years and I had to put my family first before my career which was hard. Dr Mckenzie is more then a doctor he is a friend , brother , son , uncle etc. he goes above and beyond for his patients and staff and I wish I was still working for him! He’s an amazing doctor and I would highly recommend him and Dr Burgun.

I lived all over this country, and without a doubt Dr McKenzie is one of the best. I appreciate his time linnes, his personality, is caring of you and providing the time to actually explain to you what's going on and listening to what you have to say. I would highly recommend Dr McKenzie.

My experience was about as bad as it gets, but what prompted me to write a review is the fact that dr McKenzie does not believe in treating ADHD/ADD with stimulant medication. I'm not sure he actually believes ADD is a real condition. I thought I should write a review to save someone else from going through what I did.

Awesome. Anytime your doctor has early office hours, encourages you positively, and genuinely is concerned about your health is a great doctor. His staff is good and the practice doesn't nickel and dime you to death if you have a follow up appointment. I would recommend Dr. McKenzie to anyone seeking a doctor in the CNY area.
