This Dr is completely impersonal. He come rushing in, measures you, listens to the heartbeat, checks your dilation (only after adding him to at 36 weeks) and then acts like he hears what you are saying only to turn around and report something completely different. An OBGYN should know the difference between a GI bug and being sick from the severe contractions the patient is actively having in the exam room. Does not tell you how you have progressed and overall does not care about the patient.
