Dr. Eshanjit Sapra, MD

This is the first time I have had a gynecologist who takes the time to listen to all your concerns and, truly tries to come up with a plan to help you. This Doctor NEVER made me feel rushed and truly made me feel heard! Because of him I am 100 times better than when I went to first see him! I now have my 2 daughters seeing him as well!

Dr. Sapra is an amazing doctor. He listened to me and everything that I said that was going on with me. He checked every possible thing to make sure I was assured and happy with any results. He is going to be my doctor going forward. Simply amazing! Keep up the great work that you do!

Dr. Sapra was who helped me deliver my daughter and words can’t express the amount of gratitude me and my husband have for him. My water broke 3 weeks early and he laid out all of the options for every step of the process. He brought us a sense of calm and motivation during that time and inevitably helped me deliver our precious baby who was healthy as can be.Since then I have had a well women visit with Dr. Sapra and had just as much of a positive experience during that appointment. He addressed my concerns and listened intently as I discussed the recent passing of my father. All in all an incredible doctor !

The office very nice and clean with plenty of free parking. All of the staff - From the receptionist, to the nurse assistant and most importantly Dr. Sapra were very professional , friendly and accommodating.

I saw Dr. Sapra a couple times during pregnancy and he did my C-section. He made the pregnancy and birth experience comfortable and positive. He never rushed and always took the time to listen to my concerns or questions. His personality is laid back and relaxed, but he is very knowledgable and my favorite doctor in the practice!

I went to my first OB appointment for my first pregnancy. I was so happy to see my baby for the first time and excited for this experience as a first time mom. I went through the entire appointment, where he was very cold and not helpful with my questions. At the end of the appointment he says to me “You need to lose weight or I can’t deliver you at St. Joes.” When I asked why he gave me no explanation except “I mean, you can continue here but you need to lose weight or you can find a new doctor.” I left my first OB appointment in tears and with more questions than answers.

First time having a male GYN. I was a bit nervous on my initial visit, but Dr. E. Sapra is the best. He made me feel so comfortable with his calm demeanor on the very first visit and thereafter. I could quickly tell he’s a doctor that truly cares, he is patient and has my best interest. He communicates with you every step and ensures your comfort. Glad I decided to step out of my own comfort zone to find such a great doctor.

This was my first time meeting Dr Sapra since I was a patient of DrZern who retired. I was unsure about seeing a male provider but he was very kind and gentle. He listened and did not rush the appointment. He was knowledgeable and gave useful information about follow up.

I’ve seen Dr. Sapra for the last 3 years for annual well woman’s exams and Pap smears. He has been kind and professional each visit and always opens the floor for me to voice any questions. I really appreciated his expertise on what to expect when I mentioned having an interest in pregnancy in a few years and coming off birth control. I’d recommend Dr. Sapra for anyone seeking general care from my experience.

Dr. Sapra delivered my daughter and I also had my 6 week check in with him. Dr. Sapra was also the first to discover that my daughter was breach before birth. I thought he was very knowledgeable and had a nice bedside manner. I felt very comfortable and confident with him as my doctor when I scheduled my c section ??

Dr. Sapra delivered my baby in late 2019 and was an absolute rock star. I hadn't met him many times leading up to the delivery, but he was kind and helpful when I saw him. I ended up having a very long labor. Dr. Sapra periodically checked me as I progressed and for a while, things were going well. Once I started pushing, however, things took a turn and my daughter ended up getting stuck. While we thought a c-section might be needed after about 3 hours, Dr. Sapra suggested we first try the vacuum. It ultimately did not work to extract her, but it dislodged her enough that I was able to push her out myself an hour later. In total, I pushed for 4 hours. Dr. Sapra was with me for much of that time (all of the last 1.5 hours) and actually had to miss 2 other deliveries (which were normal, fast, and under the care of experienced midwives) while things were crazy for me. I am so grateful for his care and that he stayed with me/helped me avoid a c-section! I'm still blown away. Highly rec!

Does not seem at all experienced. Does not answer questions well or communicate findings or test results thoroughly, unable to reassure patients, seems as though he cannot make decisions on his own. Acts like a first year med student with no answers who is afraid of his own shadow. Also brings up information and policies that have never been reviewed by any other doctor at the practices and shames you for not knowing them.
