Dr. Argenziano is wonderful. She takes her time and never makes me feel dumb for asking questions. If I call her office because I am nervous or anxious about a new symptom, she gives me an answer or reassurance and doesn’t write me off.

No regard for patients. Waited over a hour In exam room. Have been a patient of Valley Bone and Joint for 25 years and have never been treated this way by any doctor.I wouldn't treat a dog the way they treated me. Was told to go to Fargo for treatment.I have always a half hour wait for this so called doctor. Bed side manners are terrible.

I understand the reviews here as she is indeed the only rheumatologist in the entire region. That means her and her staff of 2 handle an area of over 200,000 people -This can sometimes mean a bit more work on the patient side. That being said, her and her staff are AMAZING. I am always given the time I need during my appointments. I always have my calls answered when I have questions in between appointments, and she is VERY thorough in her explanations and testing. I can't recommend her enough.

Dr. Argenziano is the only rheumatologist in the region. She seems like a kind lady and a knowledgeable doctor, but she is simply too busy to give patients with complex conditions the kind of care they need. She and her office staff frequently forget what was discussed at appointments or over the phone, and I have been accused more than once of not following her directions, when in fact I was never given the information.

I am a client who has had RA for an extended number of years and have extensive experience with RA specialists. Dr. Argenziano does not follow through well, as an example I am on actemera and should be getting blood tests however I do not have orders and cannot. I do not have any appointments set up and do not know when I will get one. I feel as though I am not being listened to or believed when I try to discuss concerns with her.
