Prescribed me a cream that had to be verified by my insurance. Wouldn't contact the company so I could get it (she told me to advocate for myself after laughing at me because I was upset). I suffered for weeks, called the insurance company and was told that if a doctor's office accepts the insurance, they should handle any insurance-related discrepancies. Eerily close to what I told her and the receptionist. I had to go somewhere else so my child and I could get relief.
