Dr Jones is a gentle caring person. She takes time to explain every procedure completely and made me feel comfortable before and after the caterack surgeries I had.

I was a patient of Dr. Jones for two years. She was recommended to me. She was informed that my vision was blurred at times and generally I wasn't seeing well. She ignored my complaints. After the second visit, I returned to her adamant that I was not seeing well. At this time, it was determined that I had a hole in my macular. It is my belief that if she had listened to my complaints earlier, or had followed up, I wouldn't have had a Vitrectomy after the fact. She never apologized.
