Dr Baez and the office is amazing ! They are super efficient and Dr Baez is on top on all my meds.He is very thorough with his questions and examinations

Dr Baez does not make eye contact. He forgets to do what he tells you he’s going to do during an office visit. Also he puts things in visit notes that are never discussed. When communicating in the patient portal he actually asked me not to reply to him. He has been verbally combative with my husband and I on separate occasions during office visits when discussing our medical conditions and treatments. Not professional. Not LGBTQ friendly at all. His office does not follow up on referral or help you expedite them. Overall the worst care I’ve ever received on 52 years.

You quit when I needed you the most. Imagine my son's face while I spoke with your nurse on the phone with my son by my side he was there hoping to hear a glimpse of something positive, and she was telling me about the scans for cancer that you had made appointments for me and then she said the words out loud “Dr. Euclides Marmolejos-Baez suggests you find a doctor” the look on my sons face I will never forget “Dad why did Dr. Baez quit when we needed him most” How hard would it have been to spend 8 more minutes with me to explain the results of my ultrasound so that when I went for a biopsy, I would not have learned there were 5 nodules of concern, not 1, and that a CT scan was suggested, and you did not order?

I loved this office, initially. Recently, I had tests done for an issue. I was called on a Friday to state that there wasn't a major issue detected, but I still needed to make a follow-up appointment. I was stressed all weekend waiting for this follow-up, only to be told the EXACT SAME THING stated in the original phone call. THEN, after being told there was nothing more he could do, he orders more tests without ever discussing with me! I get a call from the lab to schedule these tests. After speaking with the office, it was assumed everything would be covered. I feel like I have been blown off and given the run around. DO BETTER

Tends to cover all the bases insuring no surprises. Staff is friendly yet professional.

Dr. Baez is amazing. I've been going to him for years. I wouldn't trade him for the world. He's like family to me now. Down to earth and just all around very professional.

I have been searching for a Doctor to finally listen to me about my insomnia that I have had since I was 16. Dr. Baez did not patronize me and advised me what to do and he gave me a prescription and said continue what you have been doing that isn't a Benzo or addictive.

Hes a good doctor but his staff is very slow to answet calls and messages...and i was in the emergency room once and felt he should be notified cuz hes my pcp....i had his answering service continually page him every 30 minutes for 4 hours...he never called me or the hospital to see how i was doing....busy or not...im his patient....a 5 minute call was not asking much....anyway....after that it kind of changed my view about him and i dont feel im wrong

he takes his time to ask questions and answers all Questions with care.
