Extremely rude, refused to answer questions
I was not the patient, but went in to assist my sister whom had never had surgery before. When she asked a basic question he said “I don’t have time to explain”. She tried again to ask her question and was rudely dismissed. He then got defensive and said he would have her scheduled with a different surgeon since she didn’t trust him.I have had the misfortune of having quite a few surgeries and have never encountered such arrogance and rudeness in a doctor. This is a service, and the customer (patient) deserves to be treated with respect and have all of their questions answered. It may be mundane to Dr. Bobroff, but he needs to understand it is not to the patient.

Dr. Bobroff saved my life. The pain I was suffering had me nearly suicidal. The surgery he performed restored my ability to do the things that make my life worth living, and all of it pain free. In addition to his surgical skills, Dr. Bobroff has excellent bedside manner. He is the most responsive Dr. I’ve had. Email him on a weekend, and he will respond in an hour!

Dr. Bobroff did my hip and knee replacements and I could not have been happier. He was very personable and communicatative. He is also very skilled. I have recommended him to 5 friends who needed orthopedic surgery and all were very happy with result.

Always in a rush, literally spent less than a minute with me after my surgery in the recovery room and walked away when I tried to ask questions. He spent 14 total minutes doing a partially meniscus removal and some cartilage repair. Didn't even bother checking out the entire knee. Doesn't even see patients at return visits, and when I had complications he was very unprofessional and defensive.

I have had three surgeries with Dr. Bobroff. He is very understanding and caring. For my total hip replacement surgery he called me the night before to see how I was, and called me again the day after I went home to check on me again. I can not say enough good things about him.
