I met with Dr. Muchnik for less than 5 minutes. He doubted everything I told him and required a blood draw for a condition called Factor 5 Leiden. There had been a test done at FF Thompson previously and it was confirmed that I had 2 markers. When he called me back he said I did have 2 markers and I couldcontinue on Xarelto or stop. It was not a helpful conclusion. I never received any paperwork except a bill for $843 dollars. My biggest dispute is a $ $318 dollar oncology charge and $295 blood draw charge which were coded by Dr. Muchnik for billing. I paid my amount for the Doctor visit of $230 (copay of $30). I am currently disputing these charges!
