He Changed
I noticed the change in Doctor Ward a few years ago he would just write prescription for what he thought the Diagnosis was only not without the proof or the Test i pray my life was not compromised because of it.

Excellence in care
Dr. Ward is an outstanding physician. His years of experience as a gastroenterologists combined with his impeccable bedside manners make him stand head and shoulders above all of the specialists who have seen me. I’m not being hyperbolic: Dr. Ward was able to diagnose my condition (a genetic deficiency) after ordering a battery of tests on my first visit. He started me on a regimen that has alleviated my symptoms to the point that I’m enjoying a quality of life I thought it was not possible. I feel extremely lucky and privileged to be under the care of Dr. Ward.

He has a very kind patient bedside manner. The office staff not always as much. Nurses at St Joseph recommended him and I wasn’t disappointed. He seems to be very thorough.

I have gone to Dr Ward for 6-7 years now. So kind and patient wonderful bedside manner. His office staff is also very nice. ????

Dr. Ward is a great doctor with an excellent bedside manner. He took the time to explain the procedure both before and after. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a caring and professional doctor in the Tampa area. .

My husband only had one appointment with Dr. Ward. He seemed nice enough. We were from the Largo area and needed a doctor who was affiliated with Tampa General in hopes of getting my husband a liver transplant. When my husband became ill, some were suggesting hospice. I called Dr. Ward twice. Both times audibly upset. The person in his office said he would call me back. He never called. As far as I'm concerned, that makes him an uncaring doctor and would not recommend him.
