Dr. Garcia
Dr.Garcia is one of the most honest Dr.s I know. She is very blunt and does not sugar coat stuff. If you want a Dr. That will fight and take care of you to the fullest then she is absolutely the one to go to. She took very good care of my parents and when my dad passed she even went out of her way to go sign release papers at the funeral home. I have the most respect for her. She know what she is doing and if she feels you need to see a specialist she will not hesitate to do it. I trust her with my life. Thank you Dr. Garcia for taking care of me and my family. I will always be grateful.

A Doctor who shames you rather than supports
This was the worst experience with a doctor ever. Her only answer to everything is 'lose weight'. She did absolutely nothing to assist with the actual concerns we came in with. She gave us a horribly outdated "regimen" that was just a print-out of a long list of foods not to eat that looked like it was created in 1990. Extremely unhelpful. And her response to great bloodwork results was "I'm surprised!" It was a shockingly bad experience

Dr. Garcia and her staff are always knowledgeable and helpful. Her new office is larger and has a very comfortable waiting room. I have always been able to get an appointment within a week of calling and, after arriving for my appointment, have seldom had to wait more than 10 minutes before being called back. I have trust in Dr. Garcia’s expertise and guidance.

I spent 3 hours each way on a YARTS bus plus additional wait time from Yosemite national park to her office in Merced on 2/13 only to find out that whoever in her office took my appointment was incorrect and my insurance was not accepted. When I called to set the appointment to establish care, I let them know how far I was coming from and specifically recall giving my insurance info over the phone. I had to push myself in my wheelchair two miles from the YARTS stop to her office. My hands were raw, red, and blackened for my efforts. When I held them up for them to see, their apologies were so apathetic and fake it upset me enough to shout and call them eff-ups without an ounce of guilt. Dr. Garcia's front office cost me an entire day, and several undue hardships. The dr. herself couldn't have cared less. She even tried to tell me she had no legal representation when I asked for their contact information. James P. Thompson

I appreciate the doctor that takes the time to get to know the patient and their concerns and she is one of them. She is very thorough and strict but I am sure she only wants the best for my health. There's been times when she takes her time from the weekends to give me a shot or calls me herself and follow us up with me to make sure I am ok. I know that my visits are worth what I'm paying for. Waiting time is the thing I dislike the most but I know it's worth it when I leave the office content!

Was looking for a Spanish speaking dr for both of my parents & she was one of the few that came up. Almost immediately she said she found something wrong & requested blood work after blood work prescribing medicine after medicine. Not to mention every time any type of form has to be filled out, it's $25/pg! She did make them feel comfortable & was very strict with them for their own good but my mom decided to get a 2nd opinion & turns out she's perfectly healthy! Finding new dr for my dad asap

She is nice & very thorough. However every single visit for seven years, I'd have to wait at least an hour to see her. Never once was I seen on time. Very frustrating.
