Staff is very rude and have no compassion at all. When you first call the office, the staff discourages you from making an appointment. They make the scheduling process very difficult and are very quick to let you know that you have to wait a long time to be seen. on your appointment day, they will tell you doctor will not go to Hackensack hospital; only Valley hospital

Dr. Kuo is by far the best doctor I have ever had. She is knowledgable and professional and I trust her expertise. She is non-judgmental and provides options and always takes the time to answer my questions and alleviate my concerns. She saw me through the pregnancy and birth of my first child and I couldn't have wished for a better doctor. She was incredibly patient, calm, and understanding. I left every appointment feeling reassured and that my baby was well taken care of.

Dr. Kuo cared for me through my first pregnancy and I had a fantastic experience. She and her staff were kind, accommodating, and caring. I never felt rushed, my questions were answered, my fears allayed. My baby was breech and Dr. Kuo was willing to go along with my wish to try everything to have a natural delivery; when I ended up needing a c-section she stayed after her call to perform the surgery and did an impeccable job. As an MD myself I'm very picky about docs and she was wonderful.

I have went to Dr. Kuo's office many times, and have been a patient of Dr. Kuo and the nurse practioner in the office. Each time I have called I have felt extremely rushed. The receptionists are rude and even condescending. I have called with concerns after a "sick" visit, and was met with shortness and little understanding. After calling today and speaking with an extremely rude receptionist I will not be returning. Calling another gyno in the a.m.
