She was very helpful and extremely instrumental in diagnosing my mother. Due to an error with transportation services from the rehab center on June 6th, my mother was late for her appointment. Dr. Chung was leaving the office but returned after being notified about the mixup and the reason my mother was late. We will forever be grateful to Dr. Chung because of her correctly diagnosing my mother who is now in full recovery.

I would never go to this doctor again. She does not listen to your concerns and she downplays your illness. She acts as if its in your head and she will give you the wrong medicine. She didn't diagnose my new illness therefore, I went a whole yr. without treating the issue.

She does not listen well. She asks questions which were already answered, she seemed distracted and uninterested. I was prescribed medication from which I experienced side effects. At the end of that same week, I called the office hoping for a different medication with less side effects. She would not speak to me without scheduling another $40 appointment.
