Terrible experience
She was extremely condescending and dismissive. I visited her after a urologist saw was he guessed was cancer. She was leaving for vacation and she did a biopsy and said come back when she returns. I made another appointment up at Yale for a second opinion. When she found out, no lie, she had her staff CANCEL the Yale appointment. Stay away. I had a hysterectomy at Yale

I completely agree with the other negative reviews and felt a little more valid reading that others had similar negative experiences. I went in for a procedure and when I was concerned about the pain level and had a question Dr. Olah was not caring or patient, but rather displayed obvious annoyance. I felt rushed and left upset, specifically because Dr. Olah spoke to me in such a condescending tone with no empathy at all. I don't usually write negative reviews and do not remember feeling this bad after leaving any doctors appointment. Since this appointment I have seen another doctor who handled the same situation with care and positivity and it was not an issue. There are more compassionate doctors out there.

Dr. Eva Olah is an inconsiderate physician. Like many others, she only cares about her money and not the patient, turning them away without compassion. On top of that, her front desk secretaries are morons. This is the first time I was ever turned away for not having my insurance card. In my past experiences when this happened, I had the option to pay for my visit with cash, and my insurance would be able to reimburse me at a later date. The secretary told me to call my insurance provider to access the information or else they can't take me, nothing else. During the 30 minutes that I was on the phone with my insurance, it didn't even occur to the secretary to call me back and let me know it's too late and the need to reschedule the appointment. Customer service is non-existent now, especially through the pandemic. This is the worst and only bad experience I have had with a physician's office. I would suggest scheduling your visits with a much kinder staff.

Dr. Olah was great for a long time, until my body turn into problematic, she didn't try to help me, she repeated the phrase "there is nothing I can do", she had this attitude as if I was being difficult when asking questions, "there is no other way I can explain it". Dr. Olah can be great with you or push you away with out consideration, she has lots of patients and not longer cares for you to stay with her or not. Very disappointing experience.

Dr. Olah's bedside manner leaves something to be desired. I saw her once for a pap and during that visit was essentially told my family planning choices were wrong. Then, she put me on a medication to induce my period, then scheduled me for a procedure two weeks later and was visibly annoyed that I was bleeding from the medication she prescribed. She voiced her concern that she wouldn't know how to bill my insurance for the visit. Now, she has refused to release my medical records to my new gyno

Dr Olah was my first OBGYN and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new doctor! She is always extremely helpful and happy to talk through any concerns. Even though I have moved I will make the trip to come back to wilton in order to keep her as my main Dr.
