Not a good doctor
It's been years since I have gone to Dr Cole because I moved out of state. As doctor Cole's patient I was trying to treat my aches and pains and fatigue with holistic products nd he called me a drug addict. He told me that if I took a placebo I would be thinking that I would feel better. He definitely is not into vitamins and holistic treatments.

Dr Cole is a compassionate physician that takes time to listen to his patient. If a referral is needed he has a good network with specialist that will care for you needs. He is quick to answer any question you send to the office through the My Chart system. Your well being is Dr. Cole main concern.

Knowledgable Dr with really poor social skills
Dr. Cole is knowledgeable and clearly has a great feel for his patient's medical needs. However, his communication skills and social interactions leave a lot to be desired. He made multiple political comments and even pressed me on why I would make the decision to not have children (not at all accurate and not even close to anything I had said) after I made it clear that I did not want to talk about it as it wasn't at all relevant to my injury I was there for. It made me so uncomfortable and uneasy that I couldn't really explain my issues and basically just had to end the appointment. It was about as bad of an experience as I could imagine.

I suddenly developed tinnitus. It was bad. I went 12 days sleeping only an hour or two and waking up with screeching in my head. After visiting several doctor's offices I was told , "Yes, you have tinnitus! It's not curable." I then made an appt. to see Dr. Cole. We talked quite a while. At the end of the visit he called in a script for Ativan and said a prayer for me. That night I slept for ten or eleven hours. I sometimes wonder if his prayer didn't have a lot to do with my turn around. I still have the tinnitus but it's much improved over what it was.

Dr. Coke has been my family doctor since 2014. I trust him with my life. He has always been patient and kind and has searched for answers when other doctors thought things were fine. Would absolutely recommend him to everyone I know.

I saw Dr. Cole once, and I really liked him. BUT - my appointment time was at 10:30. I finally saw him at 12:00. He wanted blood drawn. It was Friday, and he said that he would have the results Monday and call me for a follow up. The following Friday I called his office to ask what had happened and was informed that they would call me when he viewed the testing results. I asked if I could come get my results, and they said that it could not be released until he viewed and signed off on it.
