The professionalism of Dr. Fryne and his staff. They were very knowledgeable of my situation and were more than willing to help.

This last year has been the worst by far I've ever experienced when dealing with an office staff. They messed up my husband's appointment for surgery--twice. They NEVER call you back to get anything scheduled. Meanwhile, your tumors just keep growing! The doctor is amazing but I wish we never started at this office. I have no idea what most of them are doing all day, but it's not their jobs.

Very attentive. On time. Spent a reasonable amount of time with me making sure I understood everything.

He listed to me and seemed concerned about my health.

Everyone in the office was very professional and friendly. They explained what they were doing so the average person could understand.

I have been going to Dr Fynes for 4 years and he is very Professional and knowledgeable.

Dr. Fynes is a very professional straight shooter. He educates as he explains and is thorough in his answers. His surgical skills are top notch.

Dr Fynes has a great bedside manner ! He and his staff are friendly and very professional.You get a thorough exam and consultation in a timely manner ! I would highly recommendDr. Fynes and his staff !

very dissatisfied. My doctor of several years retired and I ended up with Dr. Fyne. After the initial visit I was supposed to get a prescription. Pharmacy never received prescription. Called and still have not gotten a response from dr Fynes office.Called and left several messages. After several days still no response.

I have had multiple visits with this Doctor Who has one of the worst bedside manners I’ve seen. Besides the disorganized office where my pharmacy called over and over again because they said they did not have the prescription done properly by the doctor or whomever ordered it from the office, I felt he was dismissive and aloof. The pharmacy contacted me in writing that eventually after numerous calls to the office and faxes that no one ever got back to them and they were going to have to cancel the order. I had to call countless times to get them to finally put the prescription through. On top of that, one day I went in and left and then they told me I had to come back again because I didn’t sign a paper they forgot to have me sign and I went back in and they said never mind and sent me home. It’s ridiculous and poorly run and it appears since they were bought out by the chain things have gone even more downhill. I do not recommend this office at all.

I went into this possible prostate cancer diagnosis with many questions and much concern. However, after speaking with Dr. Fynes I felt comfortable with his knowledge and explanations. He made me feel very comfortable and relax and was always open to questions and I never felt rush at any time. He took the time to explain the options and possibilities, plus the side effects.

My visit was awesome, Dr Fyne and all staff members were very nice, billing on the other hand is terrible, they told me my bill was 100.62 which they said included my co-pay then a month later turned around and billed me 37.60 for another co- pay, gave me some BS about my payment of 100.62 was for the surgery center not their center, its all the same place, I paid a 35.00 co-pay a month before to them so I could set up my surgery, and my co- pay is 35.00 not 37.60, I Believe they are double billing me, so be aware when they tell you your co-pay is included you will receive another co-pay bill in the mail a month later, I would recommend them, they are great, just not their billing

Fine visit, horrible afterwards. Worst office staff of any business I have ever dealt with. No return phone calls over three weeks from my Dr visit. This staff is horrendous and if this is the best he has, get away as fast as you can. They are either incompetent, lazy or really watching the clock to get out of the office every day. I have never dealt with such an incompetent clerk in my life. Everyone following my issue cannot believe what I am going through with this office. STAY AWAY. AVOID doing anything with this growing.

Awesome. If you have to have cancer of the kidney you couldn't be in better hands than with Dr. Fynes. Surgery went perfectly. Staff was awesome. He told us what to expect and it was exactly that. Scars are healing with little effect.
